The Waldemar Legacy Fund is a non-profit organization established to preserve and extend the misson, values, and impact of Camp Waldemar for future generations. Its purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for girls and young women to grow spiritually, mentally and physically into their finest selves – whether at camp, through year-round programming, or in leadership and wellness initiatives rooted in Waldemar’s core values.

The Fund’s key purposes include:

    • Providing need-based scholarships for girls who may not otherwise be able to afford to attend Camp Waldemar.

    • Helping to stabilize tuition costs through strategic financial support, with the long-term goal of reducing the pressure to significantly raise tuition each year and preserving accessibility for future campers.

    • Supporting year-round programs that promote leadership, wellness, mentorship, and personal development for young people.

    • Creating long-term preservation efforts for the camp property and facilities, ensuring the sustainability of the physical space and its mission.

    • Building a lifelong community by strengthening alumnae connections and fostering continued engagement with Waldemar’s values.

The Waldemar Legacy Fund ensures that the camp’s transformative experiences remain accessible and impactful for generations to come.
